The best experience! I came in interested in a BMW 5 series. Although I walked in with bank financing, they made certain that I found the perfect car at the right price. My highest recommendations for Mat Swartz as he made the whole process extremely efficient and immaculate for us - it was a pleasure meeting him, and he helped us greatly in choosing the right vehicle for us. He is honest, upfront, and knows how to build relationships. As we have recently relocated to the US, when we were making the paperwork, the dealership even told us to not to worry about plates, and they will let us know once they have been delivered, helping us the hassle of going to the DMV. We would give our highest recommendations and would totally back Mr Swartz - go see him for your next car right away! More

The Sales (Matt xxx) was extremely helpful and went over and above to answer any questions I had. The Manager, Mark Harless was also very helpful. Completing the transaction with Conor O'Somachan was a pleasure (and quick - which was first for me when buying a car). Also, my service advisor, Tim Gabbard, was also extremely helpful, which is consistent in every dealing I have had with him in the past year. I would highly recommend using this dealership. We have bought 2 of the 4 BMW's we currently own and both experiences have been excellent. More

Patient and professional staff Although I thought I knew what I was looking for when I walked in the door, it became evident within five minutes that I was clueless. Exceeded Expectations Saw the "Mini" online and called the dealership. Matt Swartz was helpful and enthusiastic. When I arrived the "Mini" was waiting just where Matt said Saw the "Mini" online and called the dealership. Matt Swartz was helpful and enthusiastic. When I arrived the "Mini" was waiting just where Matt said it would be. Matt and I took a test drive and discussed some of the features. He offered to let me take it home for the night. Unfortunately, I was working during business hours. Matt suggested my driving it until closing. This allowed me to show the car to my family advisors. It was a thumbs up if the financing was right. The initial loan percentage was too high. Matt called the next day with an agreeable rate. When I picked up the car, Matt made sure it was detailed, filled the gas tank and replaced a broken piece on the console. He also showed me how to set the cruise, hook up the Bluetooth etc. I worked with Chico on the paperwork for the loan. Any apprehensions I had were quickly allayed by Chico's low key style and friendly disposition. Thank you. I look forward to continuing support and service from this dealership. Karen Franz More

Great experience all around My first BMW (2010 535i xDrive) wasn't purchased from a BMW dealership. When I started going to The BMW Store for service 3 years ago, I was impresse My first BMW (2010 535i xDrive) wasn't purchased from a BMW dealership. When I started going to The BMW Store for service 3 years ago, I was impressed by the ease of service and the transparency into what they were doing and what might be needed. I was worried I'd be treated second rate as I wasn't an original customer and was pleasantly surprised. Things like free loaner cars and being told "issue x is about a 4 out of 10 and you can still wait a while but issue y is an 8 of 10 and needs to be addressed" are refreshing and aspects of ownership you really come to appreciate. I had my car in for service and the service department was keeping it for the weekend. I asked if they could give me a quote on a trade while it was on site for a couple days and was pleased to receive an offer that was in line with what I came up with doing my homework realistically. I traded e-mails with Matt over the weekend about a couple cars I saw on-line and when I showed up at the dealership on Monday during lunch, there were two cars sitting out ready for test drives (this while Matt was also prepping to help the Porsche Boxter purchaser in the review below!). I was given freedom to test drive as I wanted and had plenty of time to ask questions. The whole process was pressure-free which is really all I ask. I knew my budget and I knew what I wanted - there was no BS and no pressure - just honesty and a quick process. Chico in Finance was the most efficient and effective finance guy I've ever dealt with in a car-buying process. I'm a numbers guy so I've called out finance people before for clearly adding things on or doing something to be creative. Chico was straight-forward and quick - no tricks, no gimmicks, just closed the deal. This is my 2nd BMW and 1st from The BMW Store. I'll definitely be back. More
