It was actually "FUN" to buy a car at the BMW store! I had been looking online at used MINI's for over a year but Just had not made a move until now. I found just what I was looking for at the BMW store I had been looking online at used MINI's for over a year but Just had not made a move until now. I found just what I was looking for at the BMW store online and checked the box for more information . My wife said I should get rid of my Harley first but I am impatient and impulsive so that was to much trouble. I called Nick Norman in used car sales and he said that they did take bikes in trade so I set up an appointment. When I arrived I was early and Mark Harless came out and looked at my bike and talked with me also Matt Swartz brought the Mini out for me to drive. When Nick Norman arrived at noon he went straight to work to make the deal but shortly into negotiations he found out that the local Harley dealership was overstocked with used bikes and didn't want to pay what my bike was worth. I thanked Nick for his time and started to leave when Mark stopped me outside and he told me " You are going home in the MINI" come back in lets work this out. Mark told me that he would make up the difference on my trade in and we made the deal. Mark , Mat, Nick and Jemar all worked hard and they were all GREAT!! It was actually fun for the first time in my life to buy a car !! More

The best experience! I came in interested in a BMW 5 series. Although I walked in with bank financing, they made certain that I found the perfect car at the right price. He is honest, upfront, and knows how to build relationships. As we have recently relocated to the US, when we were making the paperwork, the dealership even told us to not to worry about plates, and they will let us know once they have been delivered, helping us the hassle of going to the DMV. The Sales (Matt xxx) was extremely helpful and went over and above to answer any questions I had. The Manager, Mark Harless was also very helpful. Completing the transaction with Conor O'Somachan was a pleasure (and quick - which was first for me when buying a car). Also, my service advisor, Tim Gabbard, was also extremely helpful, which is consistent in every dealing I have had with him in the past year. I would highly recommend using this dealership. We have bought 2 of the 4 BMW's we currently own and both experiences have been excellent. More

Exceeded Expectations Saw the "Mini" online and called the dealership. Matt Swartz was helpful and enthusiastic. When I arrived the "Mini" was waiting just where Matt said it would be. Matt and I took a test drive and discussed some of the features. He offered to let me take it home for the night. Unfortunately, I was working during business hours. Matt suggested my driving it until closing. This allowed me to show the car to my family advisors. It was a thumbs up if the financing was right. The initial loan percentage was too high. Matt called the next day with an agreeable rate. When I picked up the car, Matt made sure it was detailed, filled the gas tank and replaced a broken piece on the console. He also showed me how to set the cruise, hook up the Bluetooth etc. I worked with Chico on the paperwork for the loan. Any apprehensions I had were quickly allayed by Chico's low key style and friendly disposition. Thank you. I look forward to continuing support and service from this dealership. Karen Franz More
