What really stood out was that this wasn't simply about selling me another vehicle. Making the switch from a gasoline-powered BMW to an EV was a significant decision, especially considering I drive approximately 600 miles a week. Rather than just focusing on getting the deal done, they took the time to walk through the numbers, evaluate charging options, look at charging locations and routes, and even help calculate the potential operating cost savings based on my actual driving habits. That level of attention and willingness to educate a customer goes well beyond what I would consider a typical dealership experience. In many ways, it felt as much like mentoring someone through the transition to electric ownership as it did purchasing a vehicle. They also went out of their way to work with me on the trade value of my X3, which I originally purchased from them, and provided outstanding service on my M3 throughout the process. That consistency across sales, trade-in, and service says a lot about how they value their customers and build long-term relationships. I've owned several BMWs over the years, and I appreciate working with people who understand that purchasing a vehicle is about more than just the transaction. It's about trust, transparency, and taking care of the customer before, during, and after the sale. George, Paul, and Jeremy absolutely delivered on all three. Emily was kind, knowledgeable, and professional keeping me informed on the car's progress from the factory in Europe to delivery to the dealership. This is my third purchase from The BMW Store since 2004. My buying experience was outstanding in every respect from ordering to trade-in to delivery on the first day allowed by BMWUSA. This dealership keeps getting better, with great people in every corner of the operation. More
