I walked onto the lot without an appointment and Mat helped me right away. Within minutes we were test driving a car I had hand picked. Every question I asked was answered to my satisfaction, and if Mat didn't know the answer he didn't lie or make something up - he went and asked a technician or the appropriate party. For financing, I dealt with Conor. Conor is easily one of the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with. Financing isn't exactly fun or exciting but having a guy like Conor talk you through every last detail really cements that gut feeling that you're buying from the right place. This was especially due to the fact that I ended up working with Mat Swartz. I knew the type of car I wanted and the price range I wanted to be in, so primarily what I needed was an honest, knowledgeable salesperson which is exactly what I got with Mat. He is a car guy who could just talk about cars all day long, so he knows everything you would ever want to know and more about the cars. Beyond that he is unlike the stereotypical car salesman in that he is not pushy, you don't feel like you're being deceived in any way, and he is just a pleasant, positive guy. The whole transaction was easy and pleasant besides the finance manager, who is not the best I've ever dealt with. Beyond that , I was very happy and would definitely recommend Mat and would buy another car from him again. More

It was actually "FUN" to buy a car at the BMW store! I had been looking online at used MINI's for over a year but Just had not made a move until now. I found just what I was looking for at the BMW store I had been looking online at used MINI's for over a year but Just had not made a move until now. My wife said I should get rid of my Harley first but I am impatient and impulsive so that was to much trouble. I called Nick Norman in used car sales and he said that they did take bikes in trade so I set up an appointment. When I arrived I was early and Mark Harless came out and looked at my bike and talked with me also Matt Swartz brought the Mini out for me to drive. When Nick Norman arrived at noon he went straight to work to make the deal but shortly into negotiations he found out that the local Harley dealership was overstocked with used bikes and didn't want to pay what my bike was worth. I thanked Nick for his time and started to leave when Mark stopped me outside and he told me " You are going home in the MINI" come back in lets work this out. Mark told me that he would make up the difference on my trade in and we made the deal. Mark , Mat, Nick and Jemar all worked hard and they were all GREAT!! It was actually fun for the first time in my life to buy a car !! More
