Wish it was possible to give HGreg a no star. I tried to talk with them several times to purchase a vehicle. I had my financing ready and wanted to come finalize the deal. I called several times and was pushed off to another line to leave messages. A call was never returned. I finally was able to talk with a salesperson at the Orlando store. I was told I could pay $150.00 and have the car transferred and then make the deal. I was told he would call me back. No return call again I called the next day talked to the Doral dealership and was told they transferred the car to Orlando I was overjoyed. I then call the Orlando dealership ready to come finalize the paperwork. I was told bluntly first come first serve you are out of state and we sold the car! I was shocked to say the least. I inquired about being first, had my financing and was ready to purchase a plane ticket to come pick up my car! I tried for 2 weeks to purchase this car. I only needed to schedule a time to sign the paper and drive my new car off the lot I never received any return phone calls after numerous messages left. Not even a courtesy call to let me know the car I was in the process of purchasing was sold to someone else! More

They add a “Elite Protection Plan” they told us that it was an add on, but it is not, it is required, they use the words “add on” to make us think we can choose to have it or not, even when I asked twice if I heard “add on” correct but after they run my credit they said I miss understood and it is required. Which add 1495$ to the purchase. We had to purchase the vehicle because we were in a hurry to get the car, but I would have left. We spend 5 hours to close the deal. They are not cleared and that is very unprofessional. We purchased a used vehicle and the GAP it’s required (which they never mentioned and we had no idea) they didn’t add how much I will have to pay with the GAP. When the time came to make the first car payment, I realized that I owe an additional $1,500 that does not appear on the Payment Options and I had to read every single paper to know where that money came from. Never coming back and I would never recommend this place. And last but no least I have to get the breaks fixed because they stop working the next day, and they quoted 600$ Labor plus the pieces. Do not come here. More

I purchased a Nissan last month and we just got a flat tire. Went to change the tire and the tires are locked. We were not given the key to unlock the tires. I chose Hgreg because they have multi point inspections that they do on their cars and the prices appear much cheaper online. The car I wanted to look at had a dead battery, But the manager had a mechanic promptly replace the battery so I would be able to take a look at it. I am just glad it died before I bought the car and not directly after. Dealerships often like to make the price seem lower to get people in, then raise it up with fees, and Hgreg is one of those. my car had $3,000 worth from a service charge fee and what appeared to be like a phony cleaning/preparation fee. They also stated at the start that these are non negotiable. It is a bit disappointing to think you found a good deal and then realize it’s not but I stuck through because I already knew what the car was worth before I came in and the extra fees brought it up to what I would have likely payed at a different dealer. My advice is don’t come to Hgreg thinking you will get a good deal based on the internet and listing price. But it’s still alright if you don't mind paying about what you should pay. I was also underwhelmed by how the interior of the car was cleaned, they probably spent like 5 minuets cleaning it and I had to do some extra cleaning once I got the car home. Other than that, the salesman was friendly and the manager was nice and involved. My confidence that I bought a good car with no issues is about as good as it can be when buying a used car. The exterior of the car looked like it was in great shape and almost looks new. Hopefully it continues to run smooth. More

They don’t answer calls or emails they will just send you to a voicemail and never call back and dodge you. So shady in my opinion. Very bad customer service.
