He decided to test drive the car at an Acura dealer in Farmingdale where we moved to but he only wanted to purchase the car from the dealership we have always trusted, Acura of Westchester. He loved the car and decided to call Liam from Acura of Westchester and told him that he wanted to come in to purchase a new car. He told Liam that he test drove the car in Long Island already. Liam told him not to worry about going to their dealership in Westchester since we live far. He said they would do everything over the phone. Liam than had another dealer, Matt, continue the process with my husband because Liam had to take off, he just had a baby-CONGRATULATIONS! :) This was our first time dealing with Matt and he was so professional and friendly and he made the purchasing process so easy. Matt did everything with Vinny over the phone: color choices, the credit check, down payment and even gave him a better price than the dealer from Farmingdale. We went the following Saturday to pick up the car. I was amazed that we were able to do everything over the phone. I told Matt it was easier to purchase a car with him, than it was to order Christmas gifts for the holiday. We waited about 15 minutes, signed the paperwork and drove off with a new car. As always, my husband and I have only the best to say about Acura of Westchester. Professional, courteous and make purchasing a new car over the phone, a reality. Totally impressed and will definitely deal with again!! Thank you!! More

Matt insured we were satisfied with the trade in value. He took the time to walk as through the entire trade in process. Once the deal was made Matt continued to assist us with all the new technology the RDX offers. He took the time to progam in our phones and explain the entire dashboard. He made us feel like family. Diane in finance was also great. When I discovered our lien release was missing I quickly called Acura to see what needed to be done. She was so kind and accepted an email copy from the bank to insure the transaction could be completed.
