He was so cool and informative and before we knew it we felt like Matty was already part of the family. He worked out a great deal for us and we bought our first Acura. A day or two later I received the customary follow-up call, but most impressive were the follow-up calls I continued to receive 3, 4, 5 months later. Acura of Westchester is indisputably the best dealer in the tri-state area, hands down!! There are no arguments about that. I had previously applied for a car loan through my credit union. They turned me down despite the fact that I joined the union last year and borrowed 1500 bucks, which I paid back to establish my credibility with them. But I went to Acura of Westchester on 10/15/2014. I got approved two days later for the car that I was looking to purchase. Then picked up my car on 10/20/14. There wasn't any unneccesary protocols with the whole process. My experience was fantastic. My sales man, Matt was very patient with me, giving me time without pressure to decide on the color of car I wanted. As if that wasn't enough demonstrating his level of patience while dealing with me professionally. Then, afterwards, he introduced me to the finance manager, Alex J. Piccirillo, who sat down with me and took his time to explain to me what I was qualified for. In fact, I never anticipated that I would be approved, but Alex worked painstakingly and tirelessly to get me approved for the Acura MDX that I was interested. From the first day I walked into this dealership, Acura of Westchester, the staff treated me nicely and professionally with utmost respect. I left the dealership, singing a new song that the folks at Acura of Westchester are miracle workers and I love them all. Special thanks to my salesman, Matt and much more to my finance guy, Alex J. Piccirillo. You guys totally rock and perform wonders. I am still speechless even as I am writing this review and can't believe I'm driving my dream car. So, If you are in the market for a car by Acura brand, visit the Acura of Westchester first before going to waste your time at other dealerships that are desperately interested in the profit they will make without placing emphasis on customer satisfaction. This is my dealership henceforth for life. I won't go to any other dealership whether for sales or for service. Acura of Westchester has no match...the best Acura dealer in the tri-state. Since day one they have been amazing providing me with awesome customer service. When its time for my car to get service I already know who exactly to call, Alvin De Leon. Alvin has always provided me with the best customer service, especially when it came to booking a last minute service appointment. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I was always satisfied in whatever my car needed. I can't complain, he has always made it very convenient for me. Not only has he made it convenient for me, but for my family as well whom own a 2013 Acura MDX. He is also fluent in spanish, which in this case makes its easier for my mother to communicate any issues she has with her MDX. Alvin De Leon is one of the best service guys Acura of Westchester could have providing his customers with extraordinary satisfaction. Fantastic Customer Service I have been coming to Westchester of Acura for almost a year after purchase of my 2006 TSX from untruthful car auction lot. My service representative I have been coming to Westchester of Acura for almost a year after purchase of my 2006 TSX from untruthful car auction lot. My service representative is Alvin De Leon, he has shown and given me a wonderful service experience that is full of genuine care and concern in getting me the appropriate service request and advise. This first experience has developed such a great relationship that I decide to trade in my TSX (almost a year after working with Acura of Westchester) for a 2011 RDX to accommodate the arrival of my third child. This has lead me to meet Matt Belov in sales. With knowing the exact vehicle that I wanted and explanation of why one vehicle would be less accommodating per my needs-Matt reflected patience to assist in accommodating my financial needs. Finance Director Alex Piccirillo was a gem in making the financial accommodations a reality to which I was able to pick up my new RDX about 5 days later. Jose Crespo to whom was the topping as the greatest customer service sales representative was fantastic. He took the time to not only interact with my two kids upon day of pickup but also showed and explained a key features of my new car. Jose also let it be know that if I have any questions or need any explanations of vehicle that I am able to contact him for assistance. Jose has also followed up after the purchase of my vehicle to ensure that all is well. I am very big on customer service since this is an area I have personally worked within for 15 years. The great customer service and care along with the friendly family oriented environment is what keeps me returning to the Acura of Westchester!
