Great sales and service department I purchased my TL from Matt and loved him instantly! He is so warm, friendly and inviting and made the process painless for me and my husband! He did whatever he could to make the transition from my TSX into the TL easy and painless! My husband was so impressed that he went in 4 days later and brought a MDX as well! Matt did what he could to keep the payments just were we wanted. We had the pleasure of meeting Jose as well who was awesome as he explained all the features on the car to me before we drove off with it. Frank in finance was amazing as well, he did whatever he could to make these cars happen for us! Since having the TL I brought it in for service once, Alvin is great! He so personable, sweet and super easy to get along with. I called him one day while I was driving because I had a problem with the car and he told me to drive right in with it and he would take a look, and while I was there he personally checked my oil! Hes amazing! I have been so happy with the whole team at Acura and cannot see myself going anywhere else! More

We considered other vehicles but the thought quickly faded when we visited the showroom and all of the details of our future lease were presented. We loved our MDX but were ready to downsize. All of the features of the RDX were presented and made us feel confident in our decision. The service was excellent. Everyone is friendly but also extremely efficient. These people know what they are talking about and back it up. I have highly recommended Acura of Westchester in the past and will continue to do so. More

I was questioning if this was the right decision for me but Matt and Tony made me an offer I would never refuse. They put me in a brand new 2014 ILX premium for less than I could ever have expected. I am so thankful for the work and helping hand that they had provided me. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the product. My time is something that I value incredibly and I was glad that he did not waste it. From my previous experiences of buying cars, I dreaded buying another one, knowing that it would take half a day for someone to convince me that the price is right and a whole lot of bargaining, plus, the paperwork process. This time I was greatly surprised because Mr. Belov presented me with several options for my budget, had me do a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in no time and completed all the necessary paperwork accurately and fast. He was also there when I came in to pick up the vehicle once it was certified and ready, which I thought was a nice personal touch. More
