Coming from over 20 years of retail management, customer service is my number one priority. I entered the car sales world just over 5 years ago because my favorite part of retail has always been the customer. I enjoy the interaction and the opportunity to make their experience one of a kind, whether it be selling department store merchandise or a new vehicle. My number one goal is to make a memory and hopefully see them again and again because I made a difference in an experience they might not have been looking forward to before they met me. I enjoy feedback as well so I know how to do even better the next time. When you come to see me, I work for you. When I'm not here at the dealership, I am most likely out on the water, Kayak fishing or just getting practice casting because the bite isn't on (lol) or I'm trying out some new rubs and smoking some ribs or brisket. I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet corvette from Stingray and couldn't be more pleased. The entire process was smooth and they always kept me informed on the status of my order. Not happy with dealership. When originally placed our name on list (7/2019) and paid $500 deposit we were advised we were 40 something on the list. A few weeks later we were told we were #197. No explana name on list (7/2019) and paid $500 deposit we were advised we were 40 something on the list. A few weeks later we were told we were #197. No explanation for drop on list. Received call week of Christmas that 2021 C8 corvette might be delivered to dealership 12/24. Another call 12/27 car was in but had mechanical problem so delay on beta levels to pick up. We were told we could come to look at it that day and given appointment. When we arrived Matt was out delivering another vehicle. Advised he would return shortly but we could see car which was supposedly in service bay. Unfortunately it was not there. After walking all over grounds finally found it over in side lot It was FILTHY!!! All the other new corvettes were all detailed and on main sales floor. Definitely made very poor impression. Finally able to pick up 12/31. Matt (sales) was very apologetic for previous visit. Jake who explained electronic technology told my wife she could wait inside. Since she will also be driving car this did not impress us either. More
