Coming from over 20 years of retail management, customer service is my number one priority. I entered the car sales world just over 5 years ago because my favorite part of retail has always been the customer. I enjoy the interaction and the opportunity to make their experience one of a kind, whether it be selling department store merchandise or a new vehicle. My number one goal is to make a memory and hopefully see them again and again because I made a difference in an experience they might not have been looking forward to before they met me. I enjoy feedback as well so I know how to do even better the next time. When you come to see me, I work for you. When I'm not here at the dealership, I am most likely out on the water, Kayak fishing or just getting practice casting because the bite isn't on (lol) or I'm trying out some new rubs and smoking some ribs or brisket. First time buyer As a first time car buyer, I was guarded with the whole process of buying a car but as soon as I walked into Stingray that guarding feeling went away. Great Selection. No Hassle. Stingray Chevrolet has a huge selection of vehicles. Matt my salesman let me tell him what I was looking for and took me straight to the models. The test drive help me realize which model of vehicles I needed to be in. Eric from finance just showed me my payment options. Then I just signed the papers and took the car home. Deb Gil in finance was great to as she went the extra mile to meet our goal searching for the better rate. Thanks again Deb! Both of these employees sincerely seem to enjoy helping the customer. The dealership is pretty nice and big inventory. If buying a corvette they probably have the one you want in stock. It looked like a corvette rally taking place here. More

Easy process and we were very satisfied with our trade in and purchase of our new Silverado 4x4. Brooke was also most pleasant and really understood exactly what we were looking for, had the trucks pulled up front and ready for us to test drive when we arrived and coordinated with Matt. Great deal but terrible experience with the wait for paper w Matt was one of the best salesman I have ever purchased a vehicle from and I have own many. Deal was consummated in about two hours but then waited o Matt was one of the best salesman I have ever purchased a vehicle from and I have own many. Deal was consummated in about two hours but then waited over FIVE hours to complete paperwork with the “finance” team. Never offered a reason or apology from anyone in leadership. It took us asking to speak to a manager at the five hours mark to finally get to the paperwork and only because the “manager” put us to the front of the line ahead of others that were waiting too. I would have expected at the least someone in a leadership role to have spent some time during our five hour wait explaining and offer apologies but even when we asked to speak to a “manager” he was annoyed that we were upset. Total lack of leadership and will not recommend. More
