I wasn't actually looking to buy, but the friendliness of wally and the knowledge of the vehicle made it easy to make the decision on the purchase. They don't trust customers. Offer and show you things but then refuse to sell them to you. Ford dealership that can barely charge at level 2 with their broke down charges. Tremendous staff, above and beyond service team and always putting the customer first. I purchased a car that we 3 months found had a warped door causing wind noise issues in the cabin of the car. They always putting the customer first. I purchased a car that we 3 months found had a warped door causing wind noise issues in the cabin of the car. They figured out a way for me to trade the car back in and purchase a bigger and better car for roughly the same monthly payment. They didn’t have to help me but they went out of their way to keep me as a customer and I walked away feeling valued. I have never been treated so well and fairly from any sales, service and finance team in all my years purchasing vehicles. I won’t buy a car anywhere else ever again. Thanks Luther team, you truly outdid yourself. More
