He went to work here because of how well he had been treated as a buyer---he wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. I appreciate people who believe in a company like he does, and have a passion for quality service. I understand why John feels this way, after experiencing his professional salesmanship and the Chris Nikel difference. It's refreshing not to haggle over a sale, get a good deal, and not have to pay all kinds of processing fees, etc.I appreciate Matt working with me also. On a cash deal, you pay the price quoted for the vehicle and you are good to go. It was well worth the time and distance for me to go to Broken Arrow for my truck. I understand now why this dealership is rated so highly. More

Quick, smooth process and phenomenal customer service! Matt was very thorough in his knowledge of the vehicle. He listened to where we wanted to be with financing. There was no high pressure sales even tho Matt was very thorough in his knowledge of the vehicle. He listened to where we wanted to be with financing. There was no high pressure sales even though he stayed late past closing to make sure our questions were answered. The sales manager (also named Matt) was very friendly and helpful as well and made the signing process very quick which was nice not having to wait an hour to get the financing completed. Overall we are so impressed and Chris Nikel will be the first place we shop for our next car in the future! More

Matt did a great job explaining the difference in the trim packages and options to choose from. I never felt pressure to buy, but did so two weeks later with a simple text conversation. It could not have been any easier or gone any smoother. They had everything ready, and I was in and out in about one hour. Great Job! More

I was greeted and Matt was extremely kind and helpful. My biggest fear was a pushy salesman which is an immediate put off and I will just take my business elseware, I in no way experienced that here. All my questions were quickly and accurately answered, and he seemed to me very honest about the quality of the car. Even during the signing and paperwork process they were quick to fix any minor issues and there was no push on any extra warranty or last minute price adjustments and they didn’t get frustrated when we declined certain things. Overall a great experience! More
