I was at the dealership and waited 3 hours to get 1 tire replaced and then was overcharged by $100. 6 months ago another dealership, which is not too far from this one, only charged me $292 before tax for t replaced and then was overcharged by $100. 6 months ago another dealership, which is not too far from this one, only charged me $292 before tax for the exact same tire. Currently, I can get one myself from tire rack for $305 before tax and still only $330 after taxes and shipping. Now, Vision Hyundai Henrietta has charged me $395 before tax. I reached out to them the same day when I realized and have sent them pictures of my invoice from the previous dealership and the price on tire rack but have yet to get a response. More

Vision on Henrietta Road is easy to deal with even though they are making renovations. From the moment I arrived they were pleasant and helpful. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and it WAS ! For t they are making renovations. From the moment I arrived they were pleasant and helpful. Eric was great to work with and made sure I received all the trim packages I desired. He presented my offer to manager and I was granted the deal. I got to know the sales manager and the service manager the trim packages I desired. He presented my offer to manager and I was granted the deal. I got to know the sales manager and the service manager and everyone was very nice including Michelle at the desk. Everybody knew my name and made sure that I had everything that I needed while my previous car was in service. I decided to trade it in and trade up to the Tucson. I love my new car! More

Dealer has little to no communication skills. Dropped car off had to chase down service rep . Car was promised possibly Saturday. Again no one called had to chase down the dealer. Could have mentioned the car needed breaks from the beginning but no waited till the last minute to ask. The likelihood of me coming back for service or even buying a new car is not going to happen.
