I was assisted by Charles Dabney for the purchase of my Maserati. Mr. Dabney was VERY patient and HELPFUL in my purchasing decision. Although I purchased the vehicle from them via internet, Charles made Maserati. Mr. Dabney was VERY patient and HELPFUL in my purchasing decision. The best place to buy a Sports Car! Ronnie helped us get the process started. Brett helped us order our new Porsche. I was on a mission to buy a 458 Italia (or, maybe, another Ferrari, but less likely). FCI's web site was very helpful in selecting some candidates, because it's detailed, fast and easy to navigate. My initial call with Hank was exactly as I'd like it to be: helpful, friendly, informative and professional. It made me want to drive the 90 minutes to FCI. At FCI, Hank was engaged, attentive and helpful, and it was fun picking the final candidate. The test drive was good. I've been on Ferrari test drives where the salesman thrashes the living daylights out of a (not warmed up) car. Hank didn't, and let me drive within a couple of minutes. I was blown away. He then let me take a drive without him, which is ALWAYS appreciated, because it lets me focus on the things I care about in a (very slightly) used car. The "negotiation" took 2 minutes; that's how it's supposed to be. Hank knew the market price for the car, and so did I. FCI pricing is in line with the rest of the US, and the price was fair, towards the bottom end of what's currently the norm. No problems. They delivered the car to my home in an enclosed trailer, on time, with an obviously careful driver. It's hard to see how this could have gone better, unless FCI had decided to give me the car for free because I'm a nice guy :-). More
