No Games, just a great experience. We began the process of of purchasing a Subaru Outback at a dealer close to our home, but quickly grew tired of the games that the salesperson played. We began the process of of purchasing a Subaru Outback at a dealer close to our home, but quickly grew tired of the games that the salesperson played. The price kept changing, and because I wanted a blue car, the price went up to $2000 over MSRP because "everyone wants blue, so it is hard to find". I had asked the salesperson to contact me by email only, because I cannot answer the phone while I am working. She called both my husband and myself daily for over 3 weeks. I reached out to Grand via the internet to get a price quote on a model on their website. Nealy got right back to me with a quote, which was $9000 less than the quote from the nearby dealership. I asked her to only contact us through email, and that is exactly what she did. No games! Needless to say, we went to Grand for a test drive. There was a blue one coming in soon (at the same price as all the other colors!) and we put a deposit down. When the day came to pick up our new car, everything was fantastic! Nealy is so great to work with, answering all of our questions and then some. Matt walked us through all of the features on the car, he was so helpful. And Brandon did a great job with the financing, getting us a low interest rate. Even though Grand is over an hour drive from our home, we would do this again in an instant. More

Courteous, informative, great price, caring I had a positive experience purchasing a new car here at Grand Subaru. Sandy quickly responded to my inquiry via email with the exact model and color I was interested in. Matt Drwal was my salesman since Sandy wasn't available the time I came in. He answered all the questions I had in a timely manner and was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. I was welcomed and treated like family. Hands down the best experience I've had while shopping for new cars after visiting numerous dealerships. I highly recommend Grand Subaru. A+++ More

No surprises or hard sell on additional options when I came in to sign the contract & drive away my new Crosstrek. Also, Matt was very friendly & took his time explaining how to use the controls & features before I drove away, staying late to accommodate me. Everyone else I dealt with at the dealership was also friendly & professional, so different to the hard sell of other dealerships I've been to. I'd definitely recommend Matt Drwal & this dealership. More

Everything was so wel The experience I had at the Subaru dealership in Bensenville Illinois was nothing that I had ever anticipated purchasing a car. Everything was so welcoming open and clean and Mister Matt took care of me as the personally. He literally did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable and at home while making choices with me and looking at which cars would best suit me financially and personality wise. We looked through two particular vehicles drove around the area, making sure I checked every nook and cranny of every car to see what suit me best. I fell in love with the Crosstrek, and Mr. Matt looked high and low to find the vehicle that I chose myself, even looking at other options in different states. The hard work and compassion these people have for their clients is a trait many other dealerships lack. My family was a Ford Motor company until Mr. Matt's team worked with us. I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a car. Mr. Chris also deserves enormous gratitude and appreciation for helping me find a vehicle that fits within my budget and physically had Show anime all my financial options prior to the final signatures. Pleasant Experience at a Car Lot! I wouldn't have thought it possible, but I had a nice experience buying a new car from Grand Subaru. Normally I view going into a dealership like I'm I wouldn't have thought it possible, but I had a nice experience buying a new car from Grand Subaru. Normally I view going into a dealership like I'm going into battle - I'm pumped full of information, ready for some stressful negotiations, and at the end I'm going to leave feeling like I still didn't get a great deal. Not at Grand Subaru. I got an online quote on a new 2017 Subaru Impreza from Matt Drwal, and the quote was already discounted compared to my research and other area Subaru dealership quotes. Matt was easy to work with during the negotiations and was flexible with me about when we could close the deal since it was during the holidays while I'd be out of town. Overall, the facilities are clean, bright, and well appointed, including the waiting area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rates were the best in town. I'd definitely recommend Grand Subaru if you're in the market for a new car. I see there is a question in this review form about being left alone for more than 5 minutes during the buying process - I had to wait a while for the business manager to finish with another customer before we could process the transaction. I chose to wait in the nice waiting room and watch the Rose Bowl parade, which to me was much better than small talk! More

purchase of 2017 subaru outback limited Got a quote from them on a 2017 subaru outback limited. I live in Nashville and could not get any deals around here, so I flew one way up to Chicago, Got a quote from them on a 2017 subaru outback limited. I live in Nashville and could not get any deals around here, so I flew one way up to Chicago, got picked up, went to the daler and 2 hours later was driving back to Nashville. Long day but well worth the savings. Nothing but good things to say about the sales people and the dealership. More
