This was our first time at Grand and the facility was very nice. The people there were friendly and helpful. Matt did a great job of showing us options and gave us a nice tour of all the new bells and whistles in the car. Sometimes, buying a car feels like buying a house! But Matt made sure we knew what we were signing. The only reason I didn't rate our experience all 5 stars was because we were disappointed in our trade-in offer. More

I originally contacted them online along with about ten other dealerships in the Chicago area as I was seeking the lowest price for a Subaru Legacy. Matt got back to me that day with a fantastic quote and the info for the specific car included (even the VIN #). I am happy to say that everything he told me turned out to be true. There were no gimmicks or upselling. It was exactly the honest simple transation that I was looking for. I communicated with Matt via email, text and phone and found him to be very responsive and sincere. Literally the only thing I think of that could improve is the gross coffee and pastries in the lobby, but at the price at which I bought my car, it was nice of them to include anything. Overall, A+, would definitely recommend this dealership and return myself when I am looking to buy my next car. More
