Was told my car would be looked at that day (friday) because I had an appointment. When I had heard nothing by end of day I called and was told they would not be able to look at the car until at least M because I had an appointment. When I had heard nothing by end of day I called and was told they would not be able to look at the car until at least Monday. Manager Art Wierzbicki dismissed any concern claiming that no communication was necessary and then lied about conversation with service advisor despite not being present. This dealership is not client centered and is disrespectful toward its customers. Male sales staff also video female clients/customers when they are on the property. More

Hello All, I'm from Arizona and moved to Illinois December 1st and on December 10th I pulled into dealership, just to ask how the financing work since i went through my divorce and my credit wasn't t December 1st and on December 10th I pulled into dealership, just to ask how the financing work since i went through my divorce and my credit wasn't the greatest, not even thinking that i was going to drive out of there on a beautiful 2020 Z71 RST Chevy Silverado. Matt Fital was my sales person, Talk about a positive customer no pressure sales, it was outstanding very positive experience, I'm telling you I was impressed the financing department answered all my questions and I got the terms and warranty that I wanted, Jesus in finance did an amazing job on all my finance questions. Great experience, glad I wasn’t pressured into buying stuff I didn’t want. Nail was found in the the side tire wall so I had to replace tire for 400 dollars. Another nail found in a different tire.
