Incompetent salesmen. Was constantly fed misinformation about fees and the overall process of purchasing the vehicle. All I needed to know was the cost and all I needed to do was pay for the car. I dealt w about fees and the overall process of purchasing the vehicle. All I needed to know was the cost and all I needed to do was pay for the car. I dealt with Mr. Fitzgerald for the majority of the process and it was anything but streamlined. Also, I recommend figuring out the SOPs for registering cars in neighboring states because Matt wanted me to send a copy of my military ID, which if I wasn’t aware of that being a serious federal offense I would have done so. Finally, I had to constantly call to follow up on simple instructions I gave that were not completed. I recommend your salesmen and managers to get on the same page and managers understand that you need to be accountable as a manager or you are simply not serving your purpose. Thank you. More

Matt was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to explaining the many techie features. The new 2021 Outback is well designed and a pleasure to drive.
