The purchasing process was fine; nothing was pushed on me and they were transparent with pricing. A tow hitch installation was part of the sale, and there was a small issue with its installation where the ca and they were transparent with pricing. This was annoying, but the service department set me up with a free loaner and had the car ready first thing the next day. I have not received my plates/registration, and the temporary tags are about to expire (after 2 months after purchase). No one from the dealership is returning my calls requesting an update. More
