This is the first time in Ever that I have walked out of a dealership WITHOUT feeling the need to take a shower due to slimy sales tactics. Matt was awesome and made me feel like my opinion and what I wante a dealership WITHOUT feeling the need to take a shower due to slimy sales tactics. Matt was awesome and made me feel like my opinion and what I wanted mattered. He spoke with both me and my husband instead of just my husband. The process was very transparent and we received a great deal. Marc in the finance department was very clear with the extra protection offerings and was able to tailor them to what we specifically wanted. We didn't have to continually turn down what we didn't want. Did I mention that the dealership was extremely busy while we were there? We were still treated as if we were their priority and the process was relatively quick. Even with the holidays, we were still taken care of in a timely manner. My husband and I will definitely be returning to Matt when we trade our other vehicle in on a new one. Ps. The reason for the 4 on price is because I had a number in my mind that I wanted to spend and we went slightly over because of the extra protection offerings that may be a bit more expenive, but I believe they are worth it given the value of the vehicle (Nissan Maxima Platinum). It was just a little more than I wanted to spend. More
