On March 28, 2024 leased my fourth vehicle from Wayne Ford. The sales and finance teams are extremely personable and professional. My sales representative was Shawn Bowman. He is kind, knowledgeable and answered every question I had regarding the lease of my 2024 Edge. I also give my highest praise to Jordy in the finance department. He actually made the process easy and was able to respond to all of my concerns. Since I leased my first vehicle from Wayne Ford in 2015, I have had complete confidence in the service department. I would not hesitate to recommend Wayne Ford to others based on my long and satisfying relationship with this dealership. More

I wasn’t even aware I needed an oil change and service, but these fine folks are on their game. Not only was I made aware of my needs but was immediately taken care of like they were just waiting for me to but these fine folks are on their game. Not only was I made aware of my needs but was immediately taken care of like they were just waiting for me to come in. I was in and out in a short time. Michelle and her team of service wizards are great. I didn’t even have time to finish my coffee before my technician was there handing me my keys. I did have enough time to stop by sales and get ready for my next lease. Speed and efficiency doesn’t always coincide with quality customer service, but it does at Wayne Ford. More
