Wayne Ford August 16, 2023 Re: 2020 Explorer I want to thank team Jordy, Patrick, (and Jamie) for helping me on Saturday, August 12, 2023. I am a repeat customer at Wayne Ford. In March 2022 I want to thank team Jordy, Patrick, (and Jamie) for helping me on Saturday, August 12, 2023. I am a repeat customer at Wayne Ford. In March 2022 I was in a parental crisis and at the same time in need of a car. The new Bronco’s had just come out and I instantly fell for its style and history. I needed to break away from the personal issue I was going through and came to Wayne Ford and worked with Jordy and Jamie, I fell for the showroom model. Within an hour I had purchased that car. I financed it, the objective was to pay it off early and pass it onto my daughter. After making 6 payments, I paid off the loan in September. Some personal issues occurred, I decided I had to part with it and sell it, then look forward a few more months to a different style. I had another small ‘errand’ car (non-Ford) but an issue arose with that car at the same time, and I found myself looking for a replacement for that car. I decided to pay a visit to my Ford dealer, Wayne Ford. I met with Jordy again and he introduced me to Patrick, a personable, new professional sales team member. Patrick and I discussed what I was looking for, I loved the model in the showroom, but Patrick sensed something else in their inventory would be even more desirable. After viewing a few models outside, we came across a different model, I was instantly sold, it was a more-mod model with the coolest wheels, color, and style. After much discussion and hard to work to make the numbers work out, we decided to hold off for now and to keep this model on the burner for a future purchase. Jordy and Patrick went huddled up, they didn’t want to see a customer of theirs disappointed. After another hour of hard work, they came up with a solution, a beautiful Explorer. After working diligently and going through the numbers Jordy came out of his office with thumbs up. An alternative choice for 2023, one with lots of retained value, that when paid off in 2024, can be used for the desired Bronco. Team Jordy and Patrick worked hard, they knew I needed a vehicle and fast. They were so professional, did not push anything, and I ended up with a beautiful Explorer. It’s possible this will be a keeper and I am still looking forward to that Bronco in 2024. The Team of Jordy, Patrick and Jamie are a winning trio for Wayne Ford, I am happy they are there, and I look forward to seeing them in six months. More

In the past they've been good, but of resent it's been bad. I don't know how all of a sudden I have a Warranty the next minute I don't because my car has to be fix.
