I was recently in the market for a new car and, having been a “Toyota person” since 1990, ventured into several dealerships to check out the Corollas - of which I previously owned three - and the RAV4s. It was at Greentree Toyota that I met Mr. Matthew Hart. Mr. Hart is unlike many sales representatives, as he listens to what vehicle(s) the customer is interested in, presents several models for the customer to peruse and get a feel for, and allows the customer time to consider and / or weigh their options. Mr. Hart will conduct a follow-up with the customer, but he does not employ the use of high pressure tactics. Mr. Hart’s friendly and helpful sales approach resulted in my decision to purchase my fourth Toyota - this time a RAV4 - from Greentree Toyota. More
