I had the pleasure of working with Matt Hart. Honestly, the process was effortless. Matt was personable, professional, thorough and kind. First, they remembered us from before which was three years ago. I know they meet with a lot of people but buying a car is a big deal. We called Friday afternoon, met with them Saturday morning and had a years ago. I know they meet with a lot of people but buying a car is a big deal. We called Friday afternoon, met with them Saturday morning and had a car by Sunday morning. Matt is a cool cucumber (that’s a compliment). He wasn’t going to sell me something I wasn’t interested in. I don’t know about the rest of the universe, but I don’t want to be sold to just for the sale at the expense of the person. The team was real hands on in every way to help me get what I wanted. I honestly at the beginning of the weekend thought I was going to get sales pitched out of my league. Lately their are more and more companies who just want your money any way they can get it from you. For once I felt like I was in good hands. Thank you Matt, Jose, and TJ. More
