Indescribably poor service. Hyundai Tucson was taken in for Service almost 11 months ago and nothing has been done with the vehicle. The engine was burning excessive amounts of Hyundai Tucson was taken in for Service almost 11 months ago and nothing has been done with the vehicle. The engine was burning excessive amounts of oil which was causing the catalytic converter to be clogged. Quoted $7000 in repairs and said the car was unsafe to drive due to a driveshaft issue. The engine was under warranty and they refused to replace. No calls returned, several visits to the dealership and brushed aside saying I would be called the following day with no follow up. They did provide a loaner which they are now demanding be returned with absolutely no resolution to the original service repairs that were needed. I would never buy a vehicle from the dealership or trust their service department. More
