Always helpful and quick on repairs I came in for a light bulb replacement that required engine part removal. They tried to do it without removing these parts but couldn't. I was (2 days later) browsing used SUV's on the web site....Giovanni called me. I told him my wish list in a car, all my very specific needs, and he found our car in minutes. We came in to look and talk and he and Chad worked very hard to make it possible! We drove our "new" 2017 Santa Fe home that day. We are thrilled!!! More

Excellent experience I received a notice on my navigation screen that I was due for service and I was in the area, which is some distance from my home. I was in the area f I received a notice on my navigation screen that I was due for service and I was in the area, which is some distance from my home. I was in the area for another reason, but I stopped to see if I could make an appointment. They asked if I could do it now. I could, and about an hour later my car was ready for me to return on my trip home. I have always had excellent service at Luther Bloomington Hyundai, and I was delighted that they were accommodating to my timing needs as well. They are well worth the extra distance I drive. More

I had to drop and pick up my car outside of ser This is a great service center and I don’t really have any complaints but rather a couple suggestions. I had to drop and pick up my car outside of service hours. When I picked up my car, it was outside and not locked. If you are leaving a customers car outside you should have it locked, especially outside of service hours. My suggestion would be to find a way to train those in the office how to process a coupon when the service center is closed. Your location sent me a book of coupons and I couldn’t use any of them because the office staff was not trained on this. Really wish I could have used my oil change coupon. To help better the customer experience, I would recommend these two things. More

I feel ripped off I spent a lot money on an extended warranty and go in there for a horn that doesn’t work among other issues. The service guy says it should be covered I spent a lot money on an extended warranty and go in there for a horn that doesn’t work among other issues. The service guy says it should be covered under the warranty since it seems to be an electrical issue. All it was was a broken fuse which isn’t covered under warranty (rip off) and they tried to charge me over $200! I did get the service manager to cut the $160 diagnosis fee in half because she admitted that she only needed the technician for a half hour ($80) and not the full hour. I still don’t believe that it takes a half hour to figure out a fuse is broken. So $127 later, my horn works again. I feel ripped off. More
