We are the family who has tried to NOT finance due to fear of buying a car and the car turning out to be a “lemon”. With Matt, he made sure to reassure us that we were getting vehicles far from that. He was upfront with our vehicles being certified or not and explained every detail of what that meant! He was not pushy (in a rush to make a sale), he rode with us in the vehicles and talked as if he had known us much more than the 30 minutes he had been with us. My experience with this dealership put me at ease and my fears were relieved by the time we left. I would recommend Nissan @Gallatin as well as Matt! Did I mention that when we walked in nobody bum rushed us trying to catch another sale? It was very “home(y)” and we felt like we actually mattered and these employees were not just after our wallets, even though we know their purpose for working there and having families to support!
