He worked with me through several days of deciding on the model that was right for me without pressure. He exhibited a thorough understanding of the features of the vehicles being considered and was professional at all times without the pressure that one often feels in buying vehicles. He was responsive to my requests for information even on his days off. I give him the highest possible rating. In addition, the Finance Manager, Matt Jirani closed the purchase being very accommodating and thorough in working through the transaction with me.
