I'm tired of getting emails, texts, emails from Carfax, alerts in my truck all saying that I need an oil change, and then I make an appointment, drive in so the service writer can tell me that according to alerts in my truck all saying that I need an oil change, and then I make an appointment, drive in so the service writer can tell me that according to Toyota's recommendation, I don't really need an oil change. Then I get, "well, while you're in here you should have this done". Three times this has happened. I'm not saying this is suspicious...yet. More

Service center replaced my brakes and the brakes are still making lots of noise. Took the car back to dealer two times to fix the problem and the problem still isn’t resolved even though I paid more mon still making lots of noise. I had an appointment at 11:00 AM which was honored. Since I was coming from out of town, I was gla the inspection and emissions was done thoroughly and quickly. I had an issue with my brake pads but it Since I was coming from out of town, I was gla the inspection and emissions was done thoroughly and quickly. I had an issue with my brake pads but it was resolved to my satisfaction. Everyone was. Very professional. I would not hesitate to set up my next appointment with Del Toyota. Thank you. More

I’ve had my 4Runner serviced exclusively by Del Toyota. I expect the Toyota service technicians to know my vehicle. I rely on them to be the experts. My last service was not as thorough as I’d expect; h I expect the Toyota service technicians to know my vehicle. I rely on them to be the experts. My last service was not as thorough as I’d expect; however, I couldn’t have realized that until a catastrophic suspension failure eight days later. This failure resulted in significant collateral damage to my front driver side suspension. Although I was traveling out of state and another Toyota dealer needed to repair my vehicle, Del Toyota took care of their loyal customer. More
