I was there to fix my emergency brake sensor. They charged me $1,090 and told me that would fix my problem. When I picked up my car, it still had the same problem. I took it back and they told me They charged me $1,090 and told me that would fix my problem. When I picked up my car, it still had the same problem. I took it back and they told me that they couldn't fix it because I had to take it to a body shop. Even then, they didn't refund my money and I was left without a car for 5 days. Note: You can't go around telling people you'll fix their problem and making them pay a lot of money, then using the excuse that it's just another type of work they need. Some people make big sacrifices to fix their cars. More

I took my Highlander in for Service to get just an oil change and filter. Mid day I received a video with all of the wheels off and then a summary telling me major repairs were needed like front and rea change and filter. Mid day I received a video with all of the wheels off and then a summary telling me major repairs were needed like front and rear brakes and roters plus tires. I had just put on 4 new tires a month early. I never authorized the inspection. Plus a Del sticker was placed on my car even though I did not buy from them. No permission to add a sticker to my car.
