This review is long overdue, but here it is: I'm from NYC and never owned a car before. In March of this year I had to buy my first car. My brother had great experiences purchasing his in April 2021 and NYC and never owned a car before. In March of this year I had to buy my first car. My brother had great experiences purchasing his in April 2021 and December 2022, so we returned to Premier Subaru to search for mine. Matt was our salesman, and Phillip helped with the financial component. I purchased an Impreza sedan on a Saturday in March. After "running some numbers" we changed our minds and contacted the sales team, who were quick to respond during the weekend and very understanding of the situation. On Monday we returned to the dealership, Phillip did the financial paperwork all over again (sorry for the added work, Phil!), but we were met with nothing but the utmost patience and professionalism throughout the entire process by everyone at the dealership. I drove my first car home the same day. The next morning, Matt called me to check-in and see how the ride home in my new car went. The staff at Premier Subaru make quality customer service look easy - they treated us like family, and we are truly grateful for their service. More

Matt Keeney, Stephen Ouellet, and Jack Basciano were awesome in dealing with for an out of state purchase of our 2023 Nissan Z. Matt really went out of his way to make sure that my son and I were taken awesome in dealing with for an out of state purchase of our 2023 Nissan Z. Matt really went out of his way to make sure that my son and I were taken care from the moment we left home to the moment we landed in Connecticut and while we were at the dealership on Saturday. Matt gave us a tour of the entire Subaru dealership and introduced us to several teams. If you have not seen the inside of this dealership, you are missing out. Several other sales people also checked in on us to make sure that we felt like an extension of the Premier family. I can see why Premier Subaru is the best dealership in Connecticut.
