Matt is originally from Pensacola, FL, but considers himself a Louisvillian since he moved here at the age of 10. He really is a big kid that puts his heart into everything he does. Except for life risking activities, he does not put his heart into life risking activities like; skydiving, or anything height related. He appreciates keeping risks on the game board. All jokes aside, he takes the needs of his customers very seriously. Matt's creative energy makes the car buying experience fun and engaging.

I found what I thought was the perfect truck at Courtesy, a 2022 Sierra 1500 Denali. I drove 3 hours to get it. I should have known better when I got there and the under-seat storage listed in the advertisem a 2022 Sierra 1500 Denali. I drove 3 hours to get it. I should have known better when I got there and the under-seat storage listed in the advertisement and on the window sticker was missing. I let that go and proceeded with the purchase. I got the truck home and really loved it, except for a stutter when shifting. Looked it up and it was a known issue with the 10L80. Reached out to courtesy about it and was told they have never heard of it. Of course, the truck was out of warranty so there was nothing they could do. Less than 2500 miles later and I am now paying $8300 for a new transmission and Courtesy doesn't have the courtesy to even reply to me. I was given a whole spiel and paperwork about how they had done a thorough inspection, including fluids.....but they somehow missed metal in the transmission fluid? I'd say it is unlikely I will buy another GMC, but I can guarantee I will never buy from Courtesy again and I will tell everyone I know looking for a vehicle to stay away. Reply to Google review response: The extended warranty was offered once during finance paperwork and was more than $5000, which is why it was declined. Interesting to note the 120-point inspection but fail to catch something like that. Also interesting to note that thill respond to a Google review, but not to the customer directly.... Again, this dealership is really big on coming up with excuses instead of backing up their name. I will continue telling everyone who will listen about the trash quality of their word. This dealership lost GMC future business from me. I will not be buying another GMC. More
