I walked onto the lot and was immediately greeted by Josh B. I had just left a nearby lot and I don't know if it was how I was dressed or what, but people were making eye contact with me and walking the othe B. I went to the front desk and asked for help myself. They didn't have what I was looking for, and it turns out I was lucky they didn't. I decided to stop at Courtesy since it was so close. I immediately felt like a valued customer rather than an inconvenience. Josh knew how to read his customer. I didn't need pitches. I knew what I was looking for, and he handled the sale accordingly. The conversation during the test drive was honest, and the small talk during the buying process was natural and not faked or forced. You don't know how much you appreciated those things in years past until you have an experience like it was in the good old days. I appreciate Josh and the Courtesy team, and will be doing all future business with them. More
