There really has been no follow up from my salesman after I purchased the car. I guess my future business is not that important. At least a phone call would have been nice. In November I went to White Bear Acura Subaru to purchase a used Subaru, and everyone was super helpful! They were focused on helping me find what I needed and explaining my financing options. I ended up pur a used Subaru, and everyone was super helpful! They were focused on helping me find what I needed and explaining my financing options. I ended up purchasing (with some financing) a car that I was excited about and was within my budget. About a month later, when I got the info for my financing, I noticed that the principle was a lot more than I expected, which naturally caused me some stress. When I went back in to clarify what was going on, it turned out to be just a misunderstanding in the warranty cost. Matt was awesome and understanding and went ahead and cancelled what was causing that extra cost so that I stayed within my budget. A great experience with an honest, helpful dealership! Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. More
