We felt like we paid too much for our car with sales saying they couldn’t go any lower on price. The worst part of this dealership is the financing department. We were told we had a tentative approval w saying they couldn’t go any lower on price. The worst part of this dealership is the financing department. We were told we had a tentative approval with a local credit union but couldn’t get it finalized until two days later. We were also asked to sign a “backup” offer at a much higher rate in case the other offer didn’t pan out. We then had to back to the dealership to sign paperwork again because the finance person offered us a term that was not available with the tentative offer. It’s been weeks now and we recently are still providing documents to the dealer for the financing. This has been the worst customer experience with financing a car ever. More

I never expected to purchase a Mazda, I was actually looking for a Kia. However, one look at the gorgeous red CX-5 in the showroom, it was love at first site! Matt was our salesperson and he was simply the best! He was extremely helpful, pleasant, and answered all my questions. He was upfront and honest the entire time. The process was quick, easy and extremely customer friendly. I also felt no pressure from either Kaitlin or Betty when it came to choosing extra coverage. I love this car, it drives like a dream and the red is what I've been searching for. From start to finish, I was made to feel like the most important person in the showroom.
