My first time there getting my oil change after after thing was done they said “ you are good to go sir” I said “huh” no tier rotation no this and that need to be done as well? They said “ nope everythin thing was done they said “ you are good to go sir” I said “huh” no tier rotation no this and that need to be done as well? They said “ nope everything is good” I couldn’t believe the honesty I mean Douglass Volkswagen told me I need the a new car (my car is 2023 vw Taos bought 5 months ago from Douglass vw 0 meter). This flea ship gave me same day appointment for my 20,000 free service and did not charge me anything. Douglass vw gives me 2 - 3 weeks oil appointments and tells me I need the whole lot of stuff on every oil change and I know the dishonesty especially when I just bought the car 3 months ago from them. More
