They have a warm friendly atmosphere, they have an amazing customer service agent name Graig!! He makes U feel so comfortable, he is very knowledgeable and courteous. The service department are very professional including Toni (cashier). I don’t even have to ask for a discount, Gregg automatically apply it. I was given a ride home while they’re working on my car and Toni (cashier). I don’t even have to ask for a discount, Gregg automatically apply it. The service at Three County Volkswagen was pretty bad. I have a lease and the service rep Mike didn’t not want to follow proper protocol. Instead he just made assumptions. Though his assumption was true he have a lease and the service rep Mike didn’t not want to follow proper protocol. Instead he just made assumptions. Though his assumption was true he still made the entire process of getting my car serviced a lot longer than it should have. The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because the manager Matt stepped in to help push things along. I won’t step a foot back in to Lynhurst location. Too bad the Union Center is being updated...I’ll have to try Linden next. What a complete wast of time three weeks with no car simply because Mike refused to follow directions. More

Great staff - they take the time to explain everything they plan to do, and why. I do need to follow up with them though, as I'm getting a low tire pressure warning light (we replaced the tires) but all they plan to do, and why. I do need to follow up with them though, as I'm getting a low tire pressure warning light (we replaced the tires) but all four tire pressures are fine, so maybe its the spare. I'm also getting the 'Service Now!' warning when I turn on the car, but we just did a 40K service. More
