Rick DeLatorre will drag his feet when it comes to the “we owe you” on your contract. Alex will bait and switch you when selling you a warranty, so please double-check your paperwork before signing. Matt will call you “poor” if you’re not part of his preferred customer demographic. Honestly, it’s the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Alex will submit paperwork with the incorrect information. It’s been two months and they refuse to even show proof that parts are even ordered. They will deny all of my claims because they have no integrity. Do yourself a favor and just drive past this dealer. More
