He initially tried to tell me that was only valid on "certain models" and not mine. That was not true. I had looked up the info beforehand and screen shotted the offer which was clearly for the car I was buying, including the VIN. He went over the payment info but never told me the rate. I had to ask and learned it was higher than the online offer. He did redo the paperwork for the lower rate but would not have if I didn't ask. More
