Everyone at the dealership was very nice a d knowledgeable. My salesman Matt was especially helpful and so wonderful to work with. He initially tried to tell me that was only valid on "certain models" and not mine. That was not true. I had looked up the info beforehand and screen shotted the offer which was clearly for the car I was buying, including the VIN. He went over the payment info but never told me the rate. I had to ask and learned it was higher than the online offer. He did redo the paperwork for the lower rate but would not have if I didn't ask. More
