They took their time with me, making sure all my questions were answered. If you are looking for someone that is knowledgeable of the vehicles and is personable, makes you feel like you are a person and not a number, be sure to ask for Cale. He is honest, straight forward, and extremely helpful when it comes to any part of the experience. They guy literally cleaned up my car when it was nasty and freezing outside. We were escorted to financing where we met Matt another patient and helpful gentleman. Quick, smooth process and phenomenal customer service! Matt was very thorough in his knowledge of the vehicle. He listened to where we wanted to be with financing. There was no high pressure sales even tho Matt was very thorough in his knowledge of the vehicle. He listened to where we wanted to be with financing. There was no high pressure sales even though he stayed late past closing to make sure our questions were answered. The sales manager (also named Matt) was very friendly and helpful as well and made the signing process very quick which was nice not having to wait an hour to get the financing completed. Overall we are so impressed and Chris Nikel will be the first place we shop for our next car in the future! More

They went over every dime we were spending and what it was for. There were no hidden fees! The customer service we received from them was great! I will not buy a vehicle from anyone else.
