I drove 3 1/2 hour into town to pick a truck up at a different dealership and was extremely disappointed that after a week of being told they had the truck I needed it was not there when i got into town. That being said i was already on edge and decided to take one more shot before i left. From the phone call to the Chris Nikel talking to Caitlynn, coming in and speaking with the sales manager and him listening to what I had going on before he even started to help me, and Matt the sales associate that worked with me on the new dodge truck all the way to Matt in your finance department. I was absolutely amazed on how professional and respectful the entire staff at this facility was. I have never felt so happy leaving a dealership. Everyone that has stopped me to tell me what a nice truck I have, I have told them all where I got it and contested to what an amazing dealership Chris Nikel was to buy from. Again, thank you guys so much! More

Totaled vehicle I totaled my vehicle two weeks ago and had to turn my rental in today. Came in wanting a 2017 Acadia but once I saw it I realized it wasn’t going to w I totaled my vehicle two weeks ago and had to turn my rental in today. Came in wanting a 2017 Acadia but once I saw it I realized it wasn’t going to work. I really wanted a Tahoe but really didn’t want spend out my budget. After looking at a Tahoe and taking it for a test drive I left with that! Easy fast experience originally thought I would need a co-signer but did not! She went above and beyond dealing with his needy requests...and believe me, he was ridiculous. When she wasn't available, Colt Nipps took over. Dustin Thompson, our salesman, did an awesome job. He is professional and enthusiastic and he made the process easy I truly appreciate the pricing process because I really hate the normal dance when buying a vehicle. I usually leave a dealership with a sour disposition. Not this time. I really liked not being pressured to finance through their companies. Matt had our paper work completed in no time and we were on our way. We will definitely make the drive again to visit this dealership. It was actually a good experience and they set the example for the way car buying should be. Before we visited Chris Nickel, we went to our local dealership and needless to say, they failed to make the deal. More

Couldn’t have been better for a first time buyer! I could not have asked for a better experience for my first time buying a car! I test drive several vechicles at several dealership, and not once at C I could not have asked for a better experience for my first time buying a car! He never pressured me for more or made me feel like I was just another sell to make his quota.
