I was so overwhelmed with car shopping! I went in to Groove Subaru an hour before they closed and they were very warm and welcoming! Matt helped me test drive multiple vehicles. Matt and Rolly were extremely helpful in my search. Initially I found that the car I spotted online didn't meet my needs, and they were quick to suggest 4-5 similar options. One of those options proved to be the car that met my needs. I tried other dealerships previously and had very poor customer service. It was a relief working with Matt, and he even helped me get my hitch off my old car and back in my possession so I could install on my newer car. Matt and Joe were also kind to speed up the finance process so that I could make a work-related meeting just in time without having to reschedule. Everyone went above and beyond! More
