Was looking at purchasing a Ford Edge and was assisted by Max Andreoni. He sent us a 4 minute text video that went over the car in great detail before we made the trip over to test drive it. Max had the car ready for us to test drive when we got there. It turned out to be what we were looking for and we purchased the car the next day. I recommend Max as he was very helpful and knowledgeable to help with our questions. I especially enjoyed his 4 minute video so we could see what the car featured before we made the trip over. The video made it pleasant so I could view it and then so could wife to review the features. I am sure we will see Max on one of your upcoming tv episodes as he was easy going, confident, and great at explaining the cars features. Not always an easy task on a video phone. We are very pleased with another great buying experience and appreciate the team Matt has put together. More

Max Andreoni was our salesperson he did a wonderful job I stop by and test drove a used Honda Odyssey the tires where bumpy so Max worked with his sales manager Matt until everything was right. On a Saturday my husband and I decided to drive though the lot at Jack Kain and of course found several nice trucks. We asked for Mike who we have worked with before, but he was off so we meet Bradd. I was looking for a nice car for my daughter and an SUV for my wife. Nik Venn and Matt McCall helped us all the way through the purchase of both vehicles. I Bought a 2015 Ford Taurus for my daughter and Got a fabulous deal on a 2013 Ford Explorer for my wife. All the paperwork went very smooth. We drove home that night with the Ford Taurus. Matt McCall offered us a service check on the Explorer and we picked it up the next day. The transaction was smooth as glass. They had all the answers to every question and made the experience very nice. Nik Venn provided us with test drives of the vehicles and explained a lot of features that we didn't even know about. He also helped my wife navigate through the infotainment system and paired her cell phone to the vehicle. Nik was very enthusiastic through the entire buying process. It helps a lot when your salesman makes you feel less pressured during a large purchase. Nik was very friendly and knowledgeable about the inventory they had to offer. The pretty cobalt blue Taurus looked fantastic and my daughter loves it. My wife loves her 2013 Explorer as well. Thanks Jack Kain Ford for a wonderful experience! More

Bradd Gray sold me my new SUV -- premier experience! Bradd Gray answered the phone when I told him that I was looking for a specific vehicle that was on Jack Kain Ford's website. He confirmed the car was available and when I arrived to look at it, he had it pulled in front of the dealership with a sign that said Welcome Anne -- he even spelled my name correctly. Oh, and prior to getting there, he sent me a video where he showed me the vehicle and all of it's features. Was THE BEST sales experience I've ever had and I've purchased a lot of cars.
