Could not have been easier We were looking for a new Explorer in Limited trim with factory hitch and had talked to several local dealers. None had what we wanted. Saw one on Jac We were looking for a new Explorer in Limited trim with factory hitch and had talked to several local dealers. None had what we wanted. Saw one on Jack Kain website so we drove over late evening to check it out. We liked it so went on the site to request a quote for best price. Got a call from Patrick early next morning, made plans to go test drive that evening after work. Greeted promptly, made to feel at home. Did paperwork for financing but banks were closed by the time we got all done so had to wait until next morning. Patrick called about 930 next day said all was approved and in order. Went to pick up at lunch, finalized paperwork and back out in about an hour. Had several follow up calls from the dealership to make sure we were happy with everything, some of the nicest people we've ever dealt with and we'd gladly work with them again next time we need a car. More
