Great experience as always! Matt KcKinley was very friendly and made sure I was in and out quickly for my oil change. I made an appointment and it took less than 40 minutes to get in, do paperwork, and leave. The waiting area was very clean. My family has always gone to MM for their service on our Honda vehicles. Customer Service Needs Work I went to the dealership to get a new set of tires installed, balanced, and an alignment performed. I was told it would be about 2 hours, and they wou I went to the dealership to get a new set of tires installed, balanced, and an alignment performed. I was told it would be about 2 hours, and they would call me when it was ready. I dropped the vehicle off at 7:15 in the morning, and figured it'd be done relatively soon. It took 4.5 hours, and I had to call to see if it was ready. When I called, it seemed almost impossible to get to the person who was supposed to be helping me, and they seemed to not even remember helping me. Once I got to the dealership to get my vehicle, I had to wait for another 30 minutes while other people who dropped their cars off after mine were being helped. After all of this, there was no apology or anything. I wouldn't come back here for service even if I was paid to do so. More
