So happy i came here! A++ experience all the way around. I was starting my hunt for my new 4Runner and had visited a few Toyota dealers when I came across the one I had been searching for online at Bommarito I was starting my hunt for my new 4Runner and had visited a few Toyota dealers when I came across the one I had been searching for online at Bommarito. Boy, am I glad Adam responded so quickly! I set up an appointment to view it after work and when I arrived James was waiting for me with a wonderful attitude and a big smile. I sat and spoke with him for a bit and then took the Runner for a test drive. I returned and again James and I sat and chatted for a bit while I drank my complementary coffee and never once did I feel I was being pressured to make a decision. I decided that this was the vehicle for me and, after a little negotiating, sealed the deal with a smile and handshake. I have had my 4Runner for about a month now and man, I LOVE MY TOYOTA! It was my first time buying a new car. My experience was amazing. My sales guy was Tommy Morris. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and informative. I had several questions, and he was always quick to answer them and never seemed to be bothered by all of my inquiries. My father is an employee of Toyota, so I had several dealerships to choose from (since the employee discount would allow for the same price at any dealer) but from the initial interactions with Cody, I knew I wanted to keep the alliance with him and give him my business. He and Matt negotiated a fair price for my trade in, and Cody worked fast to get me the exact color/model of car I was looking for. He is an excellent communicator, not pushy (nor annoying like some car sales people can be), and he truly deserves an award for putting up with my mother and I. We greatly appreciated his help, kindness, knowledge and perseverance through my car buying process. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a Toyota! Angie Murdaugh was also extremely wonderful during the financial portion of my purchase process. She was very patient and kind, and even though my mother and I spent way too much time going back & forth on loaning/borrowing, she remained so patient and was so helpful. Was introduced to Matt McManus Sales Manager when working out sale price and we had fun coming up with agreed price of vehicle I was to buy. Ian Johnson was the Finance agent and was very professional and confident with his position in Finance closures. I have not had any exposure with the service department at this time but I am sure I won"t have any problems that I can't get rectified. More
