"Overall Weir Canyon Acura has provided a good experience"
Matt Meyers was very good atbhelping me out right as I pulled up. I came in for an A-16 service on my 2015 Acura MDX. Ibwas expecting the service to cost $129, it ended up costing more than $250 when I picked up the car as there was an additional cost for changing the differential fluid which seemed a little steep for changing a fluid, so I was a little surprized bu that. Car was washed, but had spots and windshield was a little dirty.

This had to have been the easiest salesperson dealings & purchase of a vehicle I've ever had. After contacting Hooman via Internet and reviewing the vehicle I was interested from their online inventory, he contacted me promptly and set up an appointment for me to view the vehicle. Once I arrived the car was waiting for me out front and ready for inspection. I was pretty familiar with the vehicle, but even so, Hooman helped me learn a few more things about it that helped me learn about it. Once I decided to purchase, everything else that followed also fell into place nicely. He was very cordial and willing to work with me on payment and pickup methods. He also introduced me to the Service Manager, Matt.

I chose this dealership based on reviews I read on Acura dealerships in Southern California. I did my research beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted. I called Michael Baker(sales manager) and told him the best price I was offered on a 2015 TLX with the exact specs that I was looking for and he was able to beat that price. I told him I'd be there that day. I drove nearly 50 miles in traffic, got there much later than my appointment time, and I was still treated with the utmost respect. Mr. Baker turned me over to Matt Myers to complete the sale. I was skeptical. I was worried that I wasted my time by driving out all that way and that they were going to find every way to charge me more than the agreed upon price over the phone. I had nothing to worry about. I purchased my car at the price I was promised. By the time I was done with the paperwork in financing with Lorenzo Alongi, Mr. Myers took the time to thoroughly go over the tech features in my car and help me with setting up my Bluetooth. I never felt rushed the entire time I was there. I left Weir Canyon Acura after 10pm with my new vehicle. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Go see Michael Baker, Lorenzo Alongi, and Matt Myers...they are truly the best!

I came into the dealer looking a for a good manual transmission Acura. So the friendly sales associate was able to show me the ILX. The ILX had everything I was looking for. So we went inside to talk about the numbers and it was surprisingly short process and in the end we were very happy with the numbers.

I stopped by Weir Canyon Acura to test drive the new Acura RDX. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Matt Myers who was very pleasant and not pushy as so many other car dealer salesmen can be. Matt showed me the exact car I wanted and after test driving, I knew this was the car for me. Of course, I had a lot of questions about price, accessories and my trade-in. Matt was very helpful, patient and worked with the sales manager, Michael Baker, to give me a price for the RDX and my trade-in that I could not pass up. In addition, Lorenzo Alongi (finance) and Edwin Hawelu (service) were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. In the end, I drove away in my new RDX and had a great buying experience. I love my new Acura RDX and thank the Weir Canyon Acura staff for the excellent customer service!
