The car from the ad was low mileage, but looked very worn and used inside. This was the model I wanted so we looked at a couple of others they had, which were of course much more expensive. We ended up deciding that one would work. The back and forth to get a price we could settle on took way too long, they thought their car was in excellent shape and our car in poor. We finally agreed upon a number we could live with so then it was time to deal with finance. I had brought along everything I needed so we could do everything in one visit since we came from an hour away. Our two previous loans had been with one credit union, which I asked to use again. When we went in to do the paperwork, he told me he had gotten a better rate at a different one. He flat out lied. The rate at our credit union was .35% lower, which on a large 72 month loan will add up quickly. He also told me we could cancel the remaining months of the extended service agreement when we got the letter from the lender saying the loan had been paid off - they don't send those, they only send the lien release to the party who pays off the loan, their dealership. Going in to get another lien release is how I found out about the better rate as well. When we test drove the car, the low tire pressure light came on. The saleman said it had been sitting in the lot for a while and just filled all the tires. Less than a week later, it came on again. When we got it checked, there was a screw in the tire, so obviously they had not checked it at all when they took it into the shop to get it ready for us. The tires were all at wrong pressures as well, he just added air, not checking that it was right. We like the car and the extra room it gives us for traveling and transporting grandchildren but not sure I would return here. More

She worked with us to help us determine if leasing or buying would work for us. We were pleasently surprised to find that she was still with Luther's as we started the process of looking for a new vehicle as our lease came to its conclusion. This is the first time either of us had a repeat sales person. She was again very helpful during our process. She was also very helpful with our daughter as she made her first new car purchase, taking the time to find out what she needed and what would fit into her budget. She went above and beyond during the process, even getting me a drip pan for the car we traded in. More

Fast transaction I got the car I wanted in just 3 days. These guys don't waste your time, they get the work done really fast. Price was even lower than KBB and Edmunds fair prices. Natasha was really helpful even though she was not the consultant I was dealing with, she extended her help beyond working hours and replies immediately to all the questions I got. Matt also sealed my deal really quick. He prepared all the documents for me and we got all the paper works done in an hour. I love working with these people. They value your money, quality and especially your time. More

Harrison Engleby was amazing at helping me! The only thing worse (for me) than buying a car is going to the dentist! Harrison made my experience absolutely painless. Fast & easy Kostas was very easy to work with. I wasted 3 hours at Ford and was so bummed by the experience that I decided to see many other dealers and Honda w Kostas was very easy to work with. I wasted 3 hours at Ford and was so bummed by the experience that I decided to see many other dealers and Honda was the first. Kostas made it all seem easy and on the level. We only had to talk to one other person and that was Matt in finance. He understood that no thank you meant just that. I am in sales and always look for a customer's "dominant buying motive" and mine was FAST & EASY. Kostas picked up on that and moved me right into the right car instead of trying to upsale me like Ford. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate Kostas a 10. More

Quality people made this a pleasant experience We had been talking about getting a new/used mini-van. We live close to Hopkins Honda and while out for a evening walk decided to look to see what they had. That evening we met Phil Davids a HH sales consultant. They didn't what we were looking for but Phil said he would look into it and get back to us, within 48 hours he called us and said he'd found the the perfect mini-van for us! My wife is out of town this weekend so I went into test drive it. Phil was right, he had found the perfect mini-van us. I texted my wife a couple of pictures, got her okay and this afternoon drove home our new mini-van. Thank you Phil Davids for making this a pleasant experience! More
