Friendly, Knowledgeable, Helpful My first contact with Philip was over the phone and he was friendly and accommodating when I had to change the time that we were going to meet. Upon My first contact with Philip was over the phone and he was friendly and accommodating when I had to change the time that we were going to meet. Upon arrival at the dealership, he had already brought the car I was interested in up to the front of the building. He went over all of the car's bells and whistles and explained how several of them worked. Allowed for a complete test drive. Helpful in filling out the paperwork and application for financial assistance. I would most certainly recommend Philip and this dealership to any of my friends if they are looking to buy a vehicle. ALSO, would like to add that Matt in finance bent over backwards (not literally because his back was very sore that day LOL), to find just the right financing and at very nice terms. Fast, Friendly, Honest Service I was in the market for a 2010 Accord. I saw one online and emailed ahead. Joe had it vacuumed and washed when I got there, but it had not yet been fu I was in the market for a 2010 Accord. I saw one online and emailed ahead. Joe had it vacuumed and washed when I got there, but it had not yet been fully detailed. We discussed the things that he was alredy planning to have done before selling the car (replace side mirror, full detail, buffing out scratches, oil change) and I asked him to take care of a few more things (transmission fluid change, tire rotation, replace sun visor, pop out a small dent). He was true to his word and took care of all needed maintenance and repairs on time so I could pick it up a few days later as we had planned. When I had my own mechanic look it over, he said all information that Joe had given me about the car maintenance and repairs was accurate. Joe is a low pressure, friendly guy who wants to make the car buying process as simple as possible. He was very accommodating with my requests. I would buy from him again even though there are many dealerships that are closer. More

I have been so impressed with the service I've received that I vowed when I was ready to buy a new car, I would shop Hopkins Honda. I met Kostas when I was in the beginning stages of investigation on the new CR-V models. Kostas was patient and helpful, giving me a variety of financing options and scenarios. He was kind and respectful and helped me feel at ease during the buying process. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Kostas and Hopkins Honda. You're the best!! More

Mostly good experience We recently went to Hopkins Honda to look at a used Odyssey we saw advertised online. The car from the ad was low mileage, but looked very worn and u We recently went to Hopkins Honda to look at a used Odyssey we saw advertised online. The car from the ad was low mileage, but looked very worn and used inside. This was the model I wanted so we looked at a couple of others they had, which were of course much more expensive. We ended up deciding that one would work. The back and forth to get a price we could settle on took way too long, they thought their car was in excellent shape and our car in poor. We finally agreed upon a number we could live with so then it was time to deal with finance. I had brought along everything I needed so we could do everything in one visit since we came from an hour away. Our two previous loans had been with one credit union, which I asked to use again. When we went in to do the paperwork, he told me he had gotten a better rate at a different one. He flat out lied. The rate at our credit union was .35% lower, which on a large 72 month loan will add up quickly. He also told me we could cancel the remaining months of the extended service agreement when we got the letter from the lender saying the loan had been paid off - they don't send those, they only send the lien release to the party who pays off the loan, their dealership. Going in to get another lien release is how I found out about the better rate as well. When we test drove the car, the low tire pressure light came on. The saleman said it had been sitting in the lot for a while and just filled all the tires. Less than a week later, it came on again. When we got it checked, there was a screw in the tire, so obviously they had not checked it at all when they took it into the shop to get it ready for us. The tires were all at wrong pressures as well, he just added air, not checking that it was right. We like the car and the extra room it gives us for traveling and transporting grandchildren but not sure I would return here. More

Helpful and Patient This was our second and third times working with Natasha. We first met her in 2015 as we moved from a 2005 Odyssey to a 2015. She worked with us to help us determine if leasing or buying would work for us. We were pleasently surprised to find that she was still with Luther's as we started the process of looking for a new vehicle as our lease came to its conclusion. This is the first time either of us had a repeat sales person. She was again very helpful during our process. She was also very helpful with our daughter as she made her first new car purchase, taking the time to find out what she needed and what would fit into her budget. She went above and beyond during the process, even getting me a drip pan for the car we traded in. More

Price was even lower than KBB and Edmunds fair prices. Natasha was really helpful even though she was not the consultant I was dealing with, she extended her help beyond working hours and replies immediately to all the questions I got. Matt also sealed my deal really quick. He prepared all the documents for me and we got all the paper works done in an hour. I love working with these people. They value your money, quality and especially your time. More
