Being a widow & never attempting this on my own before, he patiently and expertly guided me through each of the vehicles’ features and accompanied me on the test drives, giving helpful advice. When I made my decision, he seemlessly handed me off to financing until it was all signed, sealed and he delivered my beautiful new Taffeta White Civic. AND he was kind enough to “harvest” the things I left behind in my Fit until I return from vacation. Now that is a real “stand up” guy in my book Well done, Harrison! More

We Asked for the best! We were new to this dealership and when I called in, I asked the receptionist for their best female salesperson. She said that would be Sue Lano and We were new to this dealership and when I called in, I asked the receptionist for their best female salesperson. She said that would be Sue Lano and she preempted almost every question we had. Very organized, asked others in the dealership for help with financing, etc. and made sure all of our needs were met. She spent much time going over all the details of the new vehicle during the delivery and has since called to make sure we didn't have more questions. I would highly recommend her!! More

Service department has been wonderful to deal with over the years; can't say I have ever had a bad experience dealing with anyone at the dealership. Natasha has been great in helping us bring together a competitive deal in a timely manner on the 2018 CRV we just purchased. The experience of taking delivery was first rate, all accessories installed and ready, a thorough briefing on all the technology in the vehicle, a straight-forward process with the finance person (Matt), having obtained a great finance deal too.
