This dealer really delivered on all aspects of the experience. They were very accommodating when it came to my requests for info and test drives. Then once I had made my decision they made the deliver experience. They were very accommodating when it came to my requests for info and test drives. Then once I had made my decision they made the delivery of the car very memorable. They handled the logistics of a long distance sale well ( I’m from Chicago) special thanks to my sales consultant Matt and the tech Erik who took care of getting the car ready before I arrived. More

Came in from out of town to purchase a CPO GLE 400 I had been searching for a hard to find CPO GLE 400. North Olmsted, OH had one come available and I sent in an email inquiry. Matt Paradis promptly I had been searching for a hard to find CPO GLE 400. North Olmsted, OH had one come available and I sent in an email inquiry. Matt Paradis promptly reached out to me, answered initial questions I had and even sent me a video of the car (which did not yet have pics available on the website). When I arrived at the dealer for a test drive, the car was already waiting with the power on and ready to go. The test drive, trade-in process, and financing all went smoothly.
