Our 3rd Lexus purchase was perfect, just like the first two. Matt Perez and Tony Rutherford are consummate professionals who treat you with respect. We worked with Tony on our two previous purchases. This was th Matt Perez and Tony Rutherford are consummate professionals who treat you with respect. We worked with Tony on our two previous purchases. This was the first time we worked with Matt. Matt made us feel comfortable and provided us with every detail we inquired about. We never felt pressured. Tony and Matt worked seamlessly with each other and with us. The day after the purchase Matt spent a couple hours with my wife going over each feature and question she had. We know we’re just a couple of many Charles Barker Lexus customers but Tony and Matt made us feel special, and gave us a great price on our 2020 Lexus 350. It is spectacular and now with a superior touch screen heads up display. We should also mention that servicing our previous Lexus’s was easy to arrange and were enjoyable experiences.
